Cellas exists because the same pattern kept repeating across the Gold Coast: properties handled as volume, owners updated only when there was good news, and responsibility spread thinly enough that no one held it.
Our answer was a smaller practice with proper systems behind it. Fewer properties per person, obligations tracked rather than remembered, and a named principal answerable for every decision — whether that is a pricing recommendation, a maintenance approval or a difficult conversation with a tenant.
